DR. JODI JACOBSON FREY, PHD, LCSW-C, CEAP
Dr. Jodi Jacobson Frey is a Professor at the University of Maryland, School of Social Work. Associate Dean for Research. She is a Clinical reviewer for MASI and monitors the EAP client cases.
She chairs the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sub-specialization and the Financial Social Work Initiative.
Dr. Jacobson earned her MSW and PhD degrees from the University of Maryland. Her research focuses on workplace health and well-being, including the relationship between physical and mental health, productivity, and safety.
Dr. Jacobson has published in leading professional journals and presented at national conferences.
ROBIN MASI
Dr. Robin Masi Carlson has worked as the project manager for several of Dr. Masi’s publications. Her background is in the studio arts and arts education. She holds degrees from Tufts University (BFA), the Academy of Art (MFA), Harvard University (EdM) and Boston University (EdD). She has been a full and part-time professor with several universities and art schools including Regis College, Northeastern University, College of Marin, Sonoma State University, and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
KENT CARLSON
Kent is the technical advisor for the EAP online school and assists Masi in delivering EAP lectures.
Kent is the Program Coordinator and Project Manager for the Department of Conservation and Recreation for the state of Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Beloit College.
PETER TOLCHINSKY
Peter is the IT advisor for Masi. He has a proven track record in strategic technology planning and vendor management. Certified in Microsoft technologies and knowledgeable in diverse systems, Peter provides practical and secure IT solutions.
PATRICIA A. HERLIHY Ph.D., RN
Patricia A. Herlihy Ph.D., RN is currently the Director of Marking at MASI Research. She is also CEO of Rocky Mountain Research and Co-founder of the Employee Assistance Digital Archive. Dr Herlihy received her BSN from the University of Michigan, her MSN from Boston College and her Ph.D. from the Florence Heller School at Brandeis University. She was an Assistant Professor at Boston University’s School of Nursing, collaborated with Boston College’s Center on Work & Family and conducted research out of the Labor Studies Center at the University of Michigan. Patricia was also a Visiting Researcher at Boston College (2012 – 2016).
MUCHUAN YAO
Muchuan Yao is the Office Administrator of Masi Research. He holds a Master’s degree from Boston University (MMH) and a Bachelor’s degree from Ming Chuan University (BS).
TRINASIA JONES
Trinasia Jones is the telephone auditor for MASI. She is an LICSW specializing in individual and group counseling. She received an undergraduate degree in Anthropology & Women and Gender Concentration at the College of the Holy Cross in 2014 and Masters in Social Work from Simmons College in 2019. She has over 7 years of experience in the social work and human services field.

Dr Julius is a senior clinical reviewer for Masi clients cases. Former Chief of Mental Health Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond, VA; Clinical Director of Sleep Disorder Center; Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Fred is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth (BFA). Fred is experienced and highly skilled in graphic design, HTML, and WordPress. He is the designer and programmer for the website, email and web communications.
